This research aims to revolutionize the remote travel experience by addressing the lack of proactiveness of user often associated with virtual tours and pre-recorded videos. We propose a novel approach that utilizes a remote-controlled boat equipped with a 360-degree camera, stationed at popular coastal tourist destinations. This innovative setup enables users to engage in immersive experiences such as remote sightseeing, racing game simulations, and interactive fish feeding activities. During the development process, we encountered various challenges, including the selection of a suitable omnidirectional camera that balances quality, price, and compatibility with the boat’s system. Ensuring low-latency communication between the user’s device and the remote-controlled boat was also crucial for a seamless and responsive experience. Additionally, maintainability, battery operating time, and navigating regulatory requirements posed significant hurdles. To overcome these challenges, we implemented creative solutions. We opted for a compact digital camera capable of capturing 360-degree footage using the USB UVC protocol, striking a balance between image quality and affordability. We leveraged WebRTC protocol to achieve low-latency video streaming and control input transmission, minimizing perceptible delays and enhancing the user experience. To validate the effectiveness of our remote ship control system, we conducted an experiment using the Meta Quest 2 head-mounted display (HMD). Participants controlled the remote boat while immersed in the 360-degree video feed, experiencing the coastal environment as if they were physically present. The results confirmed the system’s ability to deliver an immersive and engaging remote travel experience. Looking ahead, we aim to address challenges such as reducing boat rocking, enhancing the sense of presence through additional sensory feedback, and implementing collision avoidance and automatic return functions for the boat. By refining and optimizing the system, we strive to offer users a truly transformative remote travel experience that brings them closer to the wonders of coastal destinations worldwide.

近年，世界的にオープンデータへの関心が高まりつつある．オープンデータの活用が推進され，国や地方自治体をはじめ多くの団体がオープンデータの公開，活用に取り組んでいる．鹿児島市で2016年7月にオープンデータがCSV等公開されている．地方自治体のオープンデータは，データ形式・フォーマットの違いにより開示されても積極的な活用まで至っていないのが現状ではある．本研究では，RDFに焦点を当てて，述語の語彙共通化を行うため，オープンデータの項目名をクラスタリングし，割り当てられたカテゴリを教師信号として入力し，深層学習を行い，述語のサジェストを提案する．また，述語のサジェストの結果を示した.

近年，多くの行政・団体がオープンデータの公開，活用に取り組んでいるが政府の推進する「機械判読可能で人手を多くかけずにデータの2次利用が可能である」というデータ活用までには至っていない．政府は，2012年の「電子行政オープンデータ戦略」策定や2014年にデータカタログサイト「DATA.GO.JP」[1] 運用を行いオープンデータの推進をしてきている．地方自治体のオープンデータは，データ形式・フォーマットの違いにより開示されても積極的な利活用まで至っていないのが現状である．当研究では，地方自治体のオープンデータの可能性を探るために開示されているCSVデータの項目名，項目値をベクトル化することによりデータの類似度を測る述語ベクトル法を提案する．またその述語ベクトル法を用いて，各データ間の連携可能性について調査した．

近年，多くの行政・団体がオープンデータの公開，活用に取り組んでいるが政府の推進する「機械判読可能で人手を多くかけずにデータの２次利用が可能である」というデータ活用までには至っていない．これらのオープンデータを共通の述語を用いて簡易にRDF 形式に変換できれば、データの連携によるオープンデータの活用が促進される。本研究では、オープンデータとして開示されているデータのRDF[1]形式への変換をするためにWord2Vec[2]というアルゴリズムを活用した述語の自動生成の応用を考えた．オープンデータの各データ項目をベクトル化する述語ベクトル法という統計的処理を用いて項目名にあたる述語の共通化を図り、RDF 形式に変換するための述語の推薦手法の提案をおこなう．

近年，ビッグデータやオープンデータの活用が推進され，国や地方自治体をはじめ多くの団体がオープンデータの公開，活用に取り組んでいる．これらの開示されたデータ形式は，ワード，エクセル，CSV形式のファイルがいまだに多く，2012年に策定された「電子行政オープンデータ戦略」に明示されている「機械判読可能で人手を多くかけずにデータの2次利用が可能である」というデータ活用までには至っていないのが現状である．開示されている多くのデータをRDF形式へ簡単に変換できれば，複数のオープンデータの機械的な連携が可能となりオープンデータの活用を促進することが可能となる．本研究では，RDF形式の述語に当たる語彙に注目し，語彙の共通化を行うためにWrod2Vecというニューラルネットワークを活用して，語彙の近似性ついて実験を行った．またIPAの推奨する共通語彙基盤の語彙等も活用して語彙の共通化を図り，一般のオープンデータをRDF形式のファイルに変換する手法の提案を行う．
